1. Infrastructure Improvement Project
- Completed lean concrete construction 250 m long, 6m width, 0.06m of thickness at street 95, Sangkat Phsar Deoum Tkov
- Constructed infrastructure complishment signboard for 6 target sangkats.

2. Community-Based Solid Waste Management/ CBSWM
- On 29 September 2005, the project organized meeting on CBSWM system, which transfer from implementing agencies (CLA, URC, SEDO) to Sangkat Council, in charged of H.E Mann Chheourn, Vice Governor of Municipality of Phnom Penh.
- On 13 October 2005, the project organized meeting on fee collection service in Sangkat Beoung Tompun with 4 companies, who did not participate in fee payment, in charged of H.E Mao Yoran, Vice Governor of Municipality of Phnom Penh.

3. Training activities at dumpsite
- 28 Children in the informal education and 10 women in the tailoring training is under progress
- Follow-up in crane truck procurement for dumpsite improvement project
