Phnom Penh Gyeongbuk Culture, Tourism and Trade Promotion Centre (PGCT Centre)

Phnom Penh City and Gyeongsangbuk-do Province signed an agreement to build a cultural, tourism, and commerce center of Phnom Penh-Daugue Gyeonbuk (PGCT) on July 3, 2009.
The centre is being funded by the Korean government and jointly managed by officials from the South Korean province of Gyeongbuk and Phnom Penh Municipality.
The Phnom Penh-Daugue Gyeonbuk Building is completely finished and was officially inaugurated on January 26, 2010 under the presidency of Samdech Hun Sen.
