- Real Estate Ownership Certification
- Construction Permit
- Real Estate Rental Permit to Foreigners Applications can be obtained in the sangkat where the applicant is residing.
- Location approval or transferring of businesses such as a restaurant, guest house, hotel, private business, organization, or private schools
- Legalize or certify copies of documents such as identity cards, certificates, and others.
- Certificates : Original document is required for verification.
- Other documents • The application process should be the same as above.
- (Other business permits that affect public order, esthetics of the city, and daily living of residents in the capital.) Applications can be obtained from the Administration Office of Phnom Penh Municipal.
Applications should be processed by local authorities before the
Phnom Penh Municipal makes a final decision.
Applicants will be issued a receipt with a pick-up time.
The receipt is required at the time the applicant is picking up the document.
• Phnom Penh Municipal will not certify the following documents:
- Documents without originals
- Birth Certificates
- Marriage Certificates
Birth certificate and marriage certificate applicants can be obtained in the sangkat they reside in.
