Phnom Penh Capital Hall would like to announce that due to the daily traffic congestion in Phnom Penh at some main intersections especially at the intersection which link sub-urban area to the city center, the Phnom Penh Capital Hall will construct its 2nd flyover​, 345m length, 15.2m width, and 5.50m height and slope of 5.2% at the intersection of Russian Blvd., Road 598 and Kampuchea Krom Blvd. (Pet Lork Sang intersection) to better improve traffic condition at this area.

The Ground Breaking Ceremony for the 2nd Flyover will be held under the presidency of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN SEN, Prime Minister of Kingdom of Cambodia and Lork Chum Teav Dr. on the upcoming December 29, 2010.
