Phnom Penh Capital Council would like to inform to Samdech, Your Highness, Excellency, Lok Chum Teav, Lok Okhna, Ladies, Gentlemen and Phnom Penh Citizens that the 19th Ordinary meeting of the 1st Capital Council Mandate will be held on December 30th, 2010 at 8:30 at the Capital Council Meeting Hall (Old meeting room) based on the below proposed agendas:

1. To monitor and approve on the draft of the minute of meeting of the 18th ordinary meeting of 1st Capital Council Mandate dated on November 30, 2010.
2. To monitor and approve on the draft report of the 3 month-working progress of some main activities (October, November, December) 2010 of Phnom Penh Capital Hall.
3. To monitor and approve on draft 3 month-working plan (January, February, March) 2011 of Phnom Penh Capital Hall.
4. Other issues.
