A vocational training center and houses, the donation from the International Funds for the Poor and the People for care and Learning to people in Phum Angdong Community, Sangkat Kork Rorka, Khan Dangkor were officially inaugurated under presidency of Mr. NUON Someth, Deputy Governor of Phnom Penh, highly representative of H.E Governor KEP Chuk Tema.
During that occasion, Mr. NUON Someth has addressed that the International Funds for the Poor chaired by Mr. John Gregory and the People for care and Learning chaired by Dr. Fred Garmon , the development partners for the Capital Hall in poverty reduction in Phnom Penh have constructed this vocational training center costs of 145,000 USD as its charity for people in Phum Angdong aiming to improve this community to gain benefit in forming community structures and get training on technical skills, health care check and consultation as well as informal education.
