According to the highest recommendation of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN SEN, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia on November 02, 2011 during the Ground Breaking Ceremony of 2nd Chroy Chang Va Bridge, the Capital Hall would like to announce to Lok Okhna, Lok Chum Teav, Ladies and Gentlemen, the owners of any alcohol advertising billboards or banners in Phnom Penh that, in hope to reduce traffic accident caused by drunk drivers, starting from February 01, 2012, All billboards with alcohol's advertisement must include designated texts of any of the following messages :

- "If Drive Do Not Drink" or;
- "If Drunk Do Not Drive" or;
- "Drink Responsibly".

If the announcement is disregarded; the Capital Hall would take countermeasure to remove and terminate the authorization of advertising billboards.
The Capital Hall strongly believes that Lok Okhna, Lok Chum Teav Ladies and Gentlemen will implement this announcement effectively.
