This public garden located on a 5,500m2, a triangle land shape, the previous parking space of NAGA ship, recently a ferry port for Phnom Penh - Ary Ksat. The Capital Hall had turned this location to be a modern public garden.

7th January Flyover (Pet Lok Sang Intersection) Project - Completed [06/01/2012]

Due to traffic condition at Pet Lok Sang intersection always being stuck which bothers to citizens' journey, particularly the national and international guests, the Capital Hall had decided to establish a new flyover.
