With permission from Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN Sen, Premiere of the Kingdom of Cambodia, H.E Governor KEP Chuk Tema was assigned as highest level representative to attend Krong Pali and ground breaking ceremony of two new bridges (Dragon Bridge) connecting Koh Pich toward Eastern part of Samdech Hun Sen Park.
These events will be held on 31st January 2011 at 8:00 A.M at the site as the following agendas:

1. Krong Pali ceremony to ask for permission from spirits of the land;
2. Ground breaking ceremony with welcoming speech
3. Delegates symbolically launched the construction.
