Governor Meets Construction Workers at Borey Vimean Phnom Penh

On September 15, 2011, 350 construction workers of Borey Vimean Phnom Penh located along Road No. 598, Sangkat Chraing Chom Res 1, Russey District met with and received gifts from H.E Governor KEP Chuk Tema during Pchum Ben festival.
Lok Okhna LY Hour, General Director of LY Hour Group had informed that Vimean Phnom Penh housing complex development project was established according to Phnom Penh expanding strategic plan of the Capital Hall in order to turn to be a new housing zone, one of the satellite city with green space and comfortable place for citizens. Lok Okhna had continued that this development project had provided many jobs for people from the provinces aiming to reduce poverty. Moreover, Lok Okhna had conveyed profound gratitude to H.E Governor KEP Chuk Tema who had always paid high attention to the poor in Phnom Penh, especially at this time, had motivated to all workers at
Vimean Phnom Penh to work hard and with safety manners.
During that occasion, H.E Governor had appreciated to LY Hour Group which partakes in the development process of Phnom Penh via housing complex development according to Phnom Penh Master Plan and turn this area to be a comfortable and modern housing zone. Additionally, he disclosed that every year this area was inundated by rain water; Morever, the Capital Hall had constructed Kob Srov pumping station which helped this area from flood water and made it stable for sustainable development and populated. Starting from this project, poor people from various provinces were given jobs and he had asked all workers to well perform, avoid from negative activities and always consider of safety first. Furthermore, they were requested to check the voter lists and register for voting as well. Then, he had distributed to 350 cases of instant noodles, 350 brunches of soy sauce , 350 cases of drinking water, 50 sacks of rice and 350 shirts to 350 workers.
