After receiving information that, Mr. NOU Ponthol, Phsar Thmey 1 Police Chief passed away in the midnight of July 26, 2012 at 09:15mn due to traffic accident, in the afternoon of July 27, 2012, H.E Governor KEP Chuk Tema dispatched his subordinate to take 5 million Riels to share deep condolence with his family.
