Phnom Penh Capital Hall has so far provided better services to the public. However, service providing is still insufficient at some points, especially the legalization of copied documents has not yet wholly met the public demand. Phnom Penh Capital Hall has achieved in solving office issue because the authentication office was a bit small and located far inside the building. Furthermore, increased number of students and the public makes it a bit difficult for people to receive the services at desired duration.
Therefore, H.E Governor decided to move the office to the new location near the south entrance which gives more space and is more convenient to access than before. Public servants have also been increased in numbers so that the providing of service is so efficient in timely and transparent manner as well as to meet the Rectangular Strategy of the Royal Government of Cambodia in the second phase and to the increased numbers of the public who use the services. Typically, in the new office, there exist reception desks for the public and entrance sign and notice were also installed to inform the public about procedure of documents, stamp selling desk, place for submission and receiving documents.
Moreover, to better provide services, Phnom Penh Capital Hall displays an information board about duration and type of documents which need to go through the process at the Capital Hall Level and which have to go to District Offices Level. The improvement of this office will enable Order and Filing Office of the Capital Hall administration to do better, deserving to be a place for public administration services of the Kingdom’s Capital. Furthermore, H.E Governor permitted for the construction of a cafeteria for civil servants and the public who come to receive the services.
