New administration building of Sangkat Korng Noy located in Dang Kor District has been already constructed and officially inaugurated on August 2nd,2012 under high present of H.E KEP Chuktema, Phnom Penh governor. Mr. TEMA Soaphea, deputy governor of Dang Kor District reported that Sangkat Korng Noy is one of 13 Sangkat located in Khan Dang Kor. There are 422 family living in Korng Noy Commune which is divided into 4 villages, 104 groups and covered by 422.003 hectares. Although Dang Kor is a suburb area of the city, but the infrastructure development activities are increasing very soon.

Obviously, new administration building of Korng Noy is constructed to replace the old one. This building is made from the concrete, roofed by tiles which has 10 meters plus 14 meters length with 4,2 meters height which was successfully completed on June 15th,2012 by spending 34.986 USD of Phnom Penh Capital budget.

On behalf of Korng Noy authority and citizens, they would like to thank Phnom Penh authority very much for providing them new administration building to serve public services to citizens, especially Korng Noy Sangkat councilors have suitable place to work following the development policy of Phnom Penh Capital for nowadays.

By stating to the citizens during that occasion, H.E KEP Chuktema, Phnom Penh Capital governor showed his gratitude to Korng Noy citizens who always trust the authority’s activities which identified that they still support the development activities under the direction of Samdech Techo HUN Sen, Prime Minister of Cambodia. H.E governor urged all relevant authority to do more efforts by following their roles and responsibility in order to improve the service providing to citizens more effectively in the name of public service providers. H.E governor appealed all citizens to join the development activities of the authority by participating the public forum regularly whereas the relevant authority must continue to strengthen Safe Commune and Village Policy.

Finally, H.E governor provided one set of computer, printer and one photocopy machine to Korng Noy Commune for necessary needs in the office.
