The meeting was held in the Capital Hall and chaired by Mr. NUON Someth, Deputy Governor of Phnom Penh on June 05, 2012 on the development process of Angdong Village 3 Community with development partner, People For Care and Learning (PLC).
In this Project, a market was constructed which about 25% was completed on some works such as: lintel casting and 6 drainage pipe installation. Moreover, the vocational training center construction was at 40% completed. To those progresses, Mr. Bien Ranese, Director of PCL had raised 4 issues to be solved by the Capital Hall such as: to move some houses along both sides of the road which affected by drainage installation work, connecting pipe within the community to outsider, some people whose businesses located on the main drainage system and other issues.
In order to ensure that all structure constructed in that community would based on technical standard, Mr. Deputy Governor had requested the Department of Land Management, Urbanization and Construction to strictly conduct technical inspection because many problems already occurred; therefore before continuing the construction work, Department, local authority, Commune as well as the PLC should examine more and report to H.E Governor for his instruction and approval.

After inspection, 1 family had agreed to remove his house and other 5 families had filed related document with local authority and PCL waiting for decision of H.E Governor to seek for location to build their house for those 6 families.
