The City Hall Prohibits Two or Three Motorcycles Driving Side by Side

The city hall instructed the people especially the youths in Phnom Penh to obey the traffic law and prohibited two or three motorcycles driving side by side or driving in groups which effect to social and public order.The city hall issued order dated on August 15, 2005 saying that some youths drive so fast resulted in losing public order and endanger the peoples life; moreover, some people take this opportunity to spark chaos which harms to security and social order.
