Signing ceremony to give telecommunication license on CDMA 2000 between Royal Government of Cambodia which is represented by H.E SO KHUN, Minister of Post and Telecommunication and AZ Company which is represented by OUKJHA LIM BUNSOUR celebrated on August 3 at Council of Minister chaired by H.E SOK ANN, Deputy Prime Minister, council of Minister.
This license improves high-tech system on the phone. The main technology system for this investment project will be given to Huawai Technologies under the 250 million Yen loan project of People Republic of China.
The new telecommunication service on CDMA 2000 will be built within the next 12 month and through out the Cambodia will be stared their business in July 2006.
This company will be the only one company whose the owner is Cambodian providing wireless mobile phone using the technology of CDMA 2000 IX. This is one of the results of SAMDECH HUN SEN official visiting at People Republic of China in May 2004.
