Report on the Progress in Phnom Penh

The City Hall constructed 109 roads from the beginning of January to August 22, 2005
   -6 roads were constructed and financed by the local residents
   -49 roads were constructed and financed by the government and local residents (50%+50%)
   -9 roads were financed by the City Hall
   -45 roads were financed by Ministry of Economic and Finance (Chapter 30.30)
   -From January to August 2005, 109 roads in Phnom Penh were completely reconstructed and another road is under construction in line with the Phnom Penh Development Plan and objective to be a pearl city in South East Asia near future.
