  In the morning of 24 January 2008, at the Municipality of Phnom Penh has organized a meeting for friendly speaking, motivation, and provided souvenir gifts to 150 clerks and clerk assistants in 76 Sangkat in Phnom Penh under the presidency of H.E. KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality and Chief of executive committee of Phnom Penh Development Committee. The aim of the meeting is to advise clerks for strengthening and responsible of works to be more efficiency. The Excellency has deeply thanks the clerks and the assistant of clerk who have performed successful works to assist Sangkat council in nearly two years of their term; however, they were came in the difference parties, but they can set down and work together.
