• Ground breaking to construct road number 313 in Sangkat Boeung Kok I, Torl Kork District

  In the morning of 15 January 2008, the Municipality of Phnom Penh has organized a Ground breaking ceremony to construct a road number 313 in Sangkat Boeung Kok I, Torl Kork District, presided over by H.E. KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality and also participating congratulated by more than 1,000 people. Mr, Nhem Saran, Director of Public works Department said this is the second time of year 2008 in line 4th of road constructions that H.E. KEP CHUK TEMA has been chaired. Involved in the construction of this road, the Department of Public Works has planed to finish during 150 days and build in two steps, first step is from street 578 to street 588 with 210 meter-long and 8 meter-width, and the second step is from street 592 to street 608 with 560 meter-long and 8 meter-width. These roads are constructed by DBST type and100% budgets of the government.
