• Primary training course to the officers of administrative secretary framework in Phnom Penh

  In the morning of 08 January 2008, Phnom Penh Municipality have opening the primary training course to the officers of administrative secretary framework in Phnom Penh, under the presidency of H.E. MAP SARIN, Vice Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality. The training is to be held for 13 days from 08 to 24 January 2008 and participated by 100 people’s young framework officers and middle ages officers, who have been working in districts, communes, Phnom Penh Municipality, and especially, the assistants of high ranking leaders. In this occasion, H.E. MAP SARIN has proposed all administrative secretary framework officers to round up of learning during the 13 days and taking the experience from this course for works.
