  Three roads in Boeung Salang Communce, Torl Kork District, was celebrated the Ground breaking in the morning of 02 January 2008, preside over by H.E. KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality and participated by officers of Phnom Penh Municipality and local people around 1,000 persons. The three roads are built by concrete and sliced bamboo with the Phnom Penh Municipality 100% budgeted. Speaking in this ceremony, H.E. KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality has admired Chief and deputy chief of the District who have collaborated with the local commune council to develop the local area and the people in Bangsalang commune are the eyewitness of these achievements.
