- Inauguration of Mahatma Gandhi Slogan

On February 18, 2008 H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh and Professor Saifuddin SOZ, Council minister in charge of resource presided over inauguration of slogan made of stone placed at the east of dragon bridge at Wat Phnom. The slogan sculptured on the stone title « Seven Social Sins ». The seven social sins in youth India in 1925 are the following:
1- Politics without Principle
2- Wealth without Work
3- Pleasure without Conscience
4- Knowledge without Character
5- Commerce without Morality
6- Science without Humanity
7- Worship without Sacrifice
Speaking at the ceremony, the India minister said he was very happy to take part in the ceremony with His Excellency the Governor. He added that he has learned the work of the Governor through India Ambassador to Cambodia.
