• Ground Breaking Ceremony for Construction of a Concrete Street in Toul Sangke Commune

  On February 13, 2008 H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh presided over the launch of a construction project to build a concret street in Toul Sangke Commune, Reussey Keo district. The street is 3000 meers long and follows 50-50 cost-sharing formular 50 percents of the cost donated by H.E CHEA SOPHARA, 20,000USD Oukna Kok An 9,800USD and local residents and the remain was financed by the city hall.
