In April 07, 2008 the Municipality of Phnom Penh held monthly meeting in the present of H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh. The meeting dwelled on 5 main points as follows:
1- The dissemination of the preparation of Khmer’s New Year Day
2- Report on an outcome of park renovation in Phnom Penh and park renovation project in front of Bak Touk High School
3- Implementation of fine in accordance with new traffic law
4- Result of the construction of crematory
5- Dissemination of Prakak No 378 dated March 25, 2008

Speaking at the meeting the Governor appealed to local authorities to prevent people from playing gambling and using all kinds of explosive.
