Experts of Japanese International Cooperation Agency and City Hall conducted a third round meeting on the improvement of traffic system in Phnom Penh on Sept. 05, 2007 in the presence of H.E Chreng Sophan and H.E Trac Thaiseng, Duputy Governor of Phnom Penh.

During the meeting, the expert officials raised several main points to discuss, in which the second year action plan on the improvement of the traffic at intersections in accordance with traffic safety and Traffic Law enforcement drive, particularly with the new Traffic Law which was come into effect on Sept. 01. The Municipality of Phnom Penh has boosted constructive strategies and has repaired and expanded more roads.
