• Phnom Penh Municipality Conducts September Monthly Meeting

On Sept 03, 2007 the Municipality of Phnom Penh held a monthly meeting, focusing on the law enforcement of a new traffic law. The meeting was chaired by H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh. During the meeting, His Excellency the Governor said « The new traffic law has come into effect and Phnom Penh— a cultural, commercial, economic and political centre must first implement successfully from Sept.03. However, we have not yet to fine until we get permission or instruction from the Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Economics. Ten police forces will be deployed at traffic light to educate people on the new traffic law.
