October 17, 2007 at 9:30am to 5:00pm the Municipality of Phnom Penh and the Seven other Districts celebrated STAND UP : SPEAK OUT Against Poverty and for the Millennium Development Goals. Some 20700 people took part in the campaign. The drive was launched by mobilizing people in each district at the main point and in the Municipality of Phnom Penh compound. There was also a football match to celebrate the campaign at Borei Santepheap II.
