On October 17, 2007 the Municipality of Phnom Penh held Word Habitat Day 2007 in the theme of « a safe city is a just city» in the presence of H.E MAP SARIN, Deputy Governor of Phnom Penh, Mrs. Soumi Sakai, UN coordinator to Cambodia along with national and international guests. His Excellency the Governor and Samdech Prime Minister HUN SEN always attach great importance and have mercy on the needy people in accordance with slogan, «where there is difficulty, there is the presence of Samdech Prime Minister. For instance people of 569 families living in Dangkor and Chamkamon District will receive land tile as their wish.
