On October 15, 2007 H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh presided over the launch of the reconstruction project to repair two portion street 172 or Street Preah Bat Chey Voroman 7 in Phsa Thmey III and Chey Chum Nas Commune. The street will be paved with DBST by David Company at an expected cost of 333.236.000 riels and follows 50-50 cost-sharing formula between the government and local residents. Street 172 is divided two portions. The first is eight meters wide and 425 meters long from street 63 to Norodom Blvd and the second portion is eight meters wide and 435 meters long.
