• Inauguration of Wat Toul Tom Pong Primary School

A school building with 10 rooms in Toul Tom Pong Primary and some achievements in Toul Tom Pong Pagoda were officially inaugurated on October 01, 2007 in the presence of H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh and his wife along with City Hall officials, teachers and students. The two-storied school building was equipped with tables, chairs, desks and white boards and was donated by Samdech Prime Minister HUN SEN at the cost of about 108.000 USD. The ceremony to be held today coincided with the opening of a new academic year 2007-2008 and Teacher Day across Cambodia. The Governor took the opportunity to call on students to study hard to become the pillar of the nation.
