On May 21, 2007 H.E ERONG RODUBLAIR, a French Ambassador to Cambodia had talk with and bid farewell to H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh when he finished his diplomatic mission in Cambodia. The Ambassador thought highly to the leadership of the Governor who turns Phnom Penh into the city with development over the past few years. Talking to the Ambassador, the Governor expressed his gratitude to the French side who help draw up Master Plan for Phnom Penh Development from 2005-2015.
