Many gathered at Choeung Ek Genocidal Center« The killing field» on Sunday to take part in the ceremony in the present of H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh, Supreme Patriarch Samdech TEP VONG. The ceremony was also attended by Deputy Governor of Phnom Penh, Governors and Deputys Governor of district, parliamentarians, civil servants, people, teachers and students. .
