• 144th Anniversary of Red Crescent, Red Cross Celebration

On May 10, 2007 the Municipality of Phnom Penh held 144th anniversary of red cross red crescent celebration May 8, 2007 under the theme of « We are all for humanity » in the present of H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh and also a honorable chairman of Phnom Penh Red Cross, and H.E PA SOCHEATVONG, Vice Governor of Phnom Penh and also a Chairman of Phnom Penh Red Cross.

The celebration today is to give an encouragement to Red Cross volunteers who are ready to help the people live living at disaster stricken-communities. The event is also to enhance traffic security, promote public health awareness on racial and HIV discrimination.
