On March 12, 2007 H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh presided over the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction project to repair four streets in Chbar Ampouv II commune, Mean Chey District, Phnom Penh. The four streets are included street 369-358-367 and street 630 and will be paved with DBST by Phnom Penh Department of Public Works and Transportation. The budget for the construction finance by the people and the city hall.
