Phnom Penh Department of Public Works and Transportation held get-together ceremony with female officials who serve in the Department in the present of H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh and his wife and officials of the Department. The ceremony coincided with the 97th anniversary of March 8 Women’s Rights Day celebration.

Also on that occasion the Governor praised the female officials for great contributions in building and developing Phnom Penh city.
