H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh and Mr. CHRISSTINA DES PALLIERE , director of Pour un Sourire d'enfant presided over an inauguration of a two- storeyed school building with 10 rooms on June 20, 2007. The school is located in Wat Dom Bouk Kbos Primary School at Beoung Tum Pon Commune, Meanchey District, Phnom Penh.

According to Chief of Meanchey District Kouch Chamreorun, in 2007 Mean Chey District has a senior high school, a junior high school with a total of 30.458 students and 1.026 teachers. Under the leadership of Samdech Prime Minister HUN SEN, Cambodia maintains full peace and development in all fields in which education is receiving great importance to.

Speaking at the ceremony, the Governor on behalf of the people and students and on his own behalf expressed his profound gratitude to the representative of Pour un Sourire d'enfant particularly to Samdech Prime Minister who always pay attention to needy people and students. .
