On May 24, 2007 A delegation from Vietnamese province of, Vinh Long, headed by H.E PHAM VAN DAU, president of the Vinh Long People’s Committee made a courtesy visit to and had talks with H.E MAP SARIN, Deputy Governor of Phnom Penh. According to H.E PHAM VAN DAU, the aim of the delegation’s visit was to find out the Law on Commerce, investment in tourism , goods exchange, including the import of cements and fertilizer from Vinh Long and export of some agro-agricultural product.
