• Indonesian Firm to Build Satellite City in Phnom Penh

An Indonesia construction firm due to begin building a 260 hectare satellite city in Phnom Penh’s Russeuy Keo district this year in a joint venture with Grand Phnom Penh International Company. Prime Minister Samdech HUN SEN supports the city project and asked the firm to work with the Municipality of Phnom Penh. According to a senior official of YLP CIPUTRA GROUP, the satellite city will be worth about $500 million, and will feature houses, a hospital, University, golf course, business centre and shopping mall.
