As instructed by Samdech Prime Minister HUN SEN, H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh and Coalition Committee on Feb 27, 2007 had talks with six Sangkat Councils concerned at Dangkor District on construction impact on residents living at the site and the Governor pressed the Committee to seek a proper solution as soon as possible to the residents so that the road reconstruction can be started soon.

The Municipality authorities praised 506 affected families for having mutual understanding and supporting the construction project.
