• Buildings at Borei Keila Development Site to be Given to Residents

Buildings at Borei Keila development site located in Vealvong commune, 7 Makara district, Phnom Penh have been completed by Phaimex Company. The Municipality of Phnom Penh due to draw ballots and hand over apartments to the residents on March 01, 2007. The two storeys of three buildings consist of 522 units and will be handed over to 522 families in the first step and seven more buildings will be constructed for 1.776 families in the second step.

The Governor appealed to the residents not to deal in the house but the municipality of Phnom Penh allows them to lease. As for the ground floor building, they are considered as public or community property for parking.
