A school building with a gracious Grant-Aid of Japanese Goverment located in Pou Chen Tong Primary school was officially inaugurated on Feb 13, 2007 under the presidency of H.E SOK AN, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister in charge of Council of Minster, H.E TAKAHASHI Fumiaki, Japanese Ambassador to Cambodia, H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh. The ceremony also attended by government officials, teachers and students.

H.E SOK AN said that the expansion of education system as well as human resource development with qualification were vital for improving local human resources, prompting Cambodia to compete with other partners in a region as well as the world.
