The Municipality of Phnom Penh has the great honor to inform the public that certain people and private companies so far have advertised the sales of houses and buildings under the name of Borei through housing development. Moreover, some firms have even declared that they have cooperated with the Municipality of Phnom Penh.

The Municipality of Phnom Penh would like to make it clear that some buildings in Borei have no construction permission and some have been built and exceeded the permission. In spite of the Municipality announcement and successive bans from the Ministry of Urban Planning, Land Management and Construction, illegal buildings have been still proceeding.

To avoid any loss of interests both in tern of money and time, the Municipality of Phnom Penh would like to appear to citizens to carefully examine relevant documents, particularly construction permission before they decide to buy property in Borei. The Municipality of Phnom Penh will not be responsible for any illegal house deal. Meanwhile, the Municipality of Phnom Penh is pleased to help clarify your doubts through Hotline or direct contact to the City Hall or to all seven districts in order for you to make a right decision to buy real estates. .
