On August 02, 2007 H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh and H.E OUK DAMREY, First deputy chief of Cambodia Red Cross presided over a ceremony to hand over land title to 7 families who used to live on the pavement leading to Cambodia Red Cross Headquarter. They decided to move to other place and made it possible for the City Hall to extend the road leading to the headquarter, located at Tek La’ork III Commune, Toul Kork District. Seng Rathanak, chief of Toul Kork District said the seven families were happy with land titles given by the Municipality of Phnom Penh.
