On August 01, 2007 a French and Singapore ambassadors to Cambodia paid a courtesy call to H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh.The Phnom Penh Governor extended his warm welcome to the both ambassadors who came to fulfill their diplomatic commission in Cambodia. This is an indication of close friendship between Cambodia French and Singapore. Ms. TAN YEE WOAN, a Singapore ambassador to Cambodia said now Phnom Penh has parks, big trees. That are good model for Singapore to follow. The French ambassador JEAN-FRANÇOIS DESMAZIERES said Phnom Penh over the past few years was busy with development, particularly infrastructure in city.
