The Municipality of Phnom Penh on April 25, 2007 held a 34th Executive Committee[ExCom] of Municipal Development Committee meeting under the chairmanship of H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh and also a chairman of ExCom of Municipal Development Committee. The meeting dwelled on five main points as follows:

1- The prepation of pilot district project, ICC project, commune budget plans for 2007, work plan for the first meeting to declare the validity of sangkat/commune counselors at the second mandate and the transferring of sangkat chief and counterpart budget before bidding
2- trimester auditing reports of sangkat projects for 2007 and bidding program and laterite road norms
3- sangkat budget reports for 2006 and sangkat budget plan for 2007
4- Executive Committee and Department budget implementation for 2007

5 Examing and adjusting of action plans of departments for 2007
