Phsa Deum Skev office held a ceremony to declare on April 24, 207 the validity of Sangkat/Commune council in the presence of H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh. According to the Prakas of Ministry of Interior dated April 18, 2007 recognized 11 member of Phsa Deum Skev Sangkat Councilors, of whom Mr. Thoung Chorn— Sangkat chief, two deputy Sangkat Chiefs, and eight other councilors. `

The Governor took the opportunity to appeal to the newly elected-Sangkat chief and councilors to attach great importance to serve the people with their utmost and flexible manners because their success resulted from the support of the people.
