• Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Construction of Street 430

H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh on April 20, presided over the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction project to repair street 430, located in Phsa Deoum Skev Commune, Chamkamon District, Phnom Penh.

The street is 3.580 meters long and eight meters wide and will be paved with DBST by LY Service Company at an expected cost of 500 million riels or 13.0000 USD. All payment is in City Hall’s budget. Street 430 stretches from Street 199 to Street 512, crossing three communes— Phsa Deoum Skev, Tum Nup Tek, and Toul Tom Pong II Commune.

Speaking at the ceremony, the Governor said « Today the Municipality of Phnom Penh fulfills its promise. The construction process is late because the Municipality of Phnom Penh rushed to finish constructions which follow 50-50 cost sharing formula first following state budge-supported construction.
