• Governor of Phnom Penh Gives Encouragement to Retired Officials

The Municipality of Phnom Penh on April 11, 2007 held a get-together ceremony with 732 retired officials, former officials who served in institutions in Phnom Penh under the chairmanship of H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh. The ceremony was intended to show great attention to and give encouragement and honor to retired officials as well as to show unity, intimacy and solidarity with them.

Speaking at the ceremony, the Governor extended his admiration and gratitude to the officials who contributed to serve the nation since January 7, 1979 Liberation. With respect and to mark the coming New Year celebration, the Governor declared to provide 732 officials with financial donations. Each received 40.000 riels.
