The Municipality of Phnom Penh on April 09 held the signing of memorandum of friendship and humanitarian cooperation between Ho Chi Minh Red Cross, represented by Mrs. NGVEN THY VE and Phnom Penh Red Cross, represented by H.E PA SOCHEAT VONG, Vice Governor of Phnom Penh . The memorendum is valid for five years from 2007 to 2011. It dwells on the strengthening of better friendship and humanitarian cooperation, including delegation exchanges, information-sharing of possible disasters, health care and the prevention of widespread diseases.
