The Municipality of Phnom Penh held monthly meeting on April 09, 2007 under the chairmanship of H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh along with senior city hall officials. The meeting dwelled on the strengthening of security, safety and public order during the coming Khmer New Year.

Speaking at the meeting, the Governor extended his admiration to armed forces at all levels who maintained security and safety during the second mandate of Commune Election.
